Came to Ollerton mcDonalds on the 26/03/17 with father and nan. Food tasted slightly different. Came home and around half an hour later I had severe diarrhoea. I asked my father if he had an upset stomach and he did too. We had the same to eat (Big Mac meal). McDonald's has never made me like this before but I believe the McDonald's made me like this because that is all I had ate that day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
