Chicken extra with bacon in between + McFish eaten in the evening, the next evening it started with extreme diarrhea, fever, joint pain, nausea and strongly smelling clay-like stool afterwards.. so that I could not show up for work and missed good money over the holidays. Since I had not eaten anything else, only that comes into question. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
