Frappuccino Causes Severe Illness - McDonald's, Warrington England

I ordered a frappuccino at around 11pm on the 18th of May. I started to feel my stomach aching but thought nothing of it. I woke up the next day at 5am with vomiting and diarrhoea. Later on in the day my temperature rose and I had a fever. I had to cancel two days of work because of this. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
