I went around 1048am had a McDouble that wasn’t even fresh even though they just started breakfast the went to Dollywood and didn’t eat nothing but that and started throwing up around 2:30 all the way to now diarrhea nausea and vomiting and I feel warm I’m scared to eat anything else now until my stomach settles
