The McDonald's I just vomited everything, Meal at 7:30pm Hello Macdo last night at 7:30pm as usual I order Bigmac potatoes coca without sauce by 4 am stomachache in the morning 7:30 diarrhea then nausea I drink real cola so I burp and heartburn then vomiting and well I had to get better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Heartburn, Burping #mcdonalds #perpignan #occitanie #france #bigmac
