I ate a side salad I got from McDonalds in Perry Pa on 7/26/2018.. At 8:30 pm..I got stomach cramps and nausea in 1/2. Hour from eating the salad.. by 11 pm my stomach swelled n I had severe pain vomiting water diarrhea.. went to Er.. was there till 2:45 am 7/27 with IV’S pain meds meds for vomiting n diarrhea. Sick for days later.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
