I ordered a large McCrispy meal at 0019, I developed a headache and abdominal pain. I fell asleep felling very unwell and awake at 0430ish with simultaneous diarrhea and vomiting. This continued until 1400. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
