My son eat two breakfast burritos last night and got severe food poisoning an hour after eating the food, he started with stomach pain then throwing up severely throughout the night until 4 am followed by this morning just trying to drink water we will be seeing a doctor by tonight if he continues to stay dehydrated! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
