Severe Illness After Chicken - McDonald's, Plymouth England

This happen on Thursday 14th may 2026 after I placed a delivery order. Few hours after eating the chicken selects and chicken sandwich I became very ill. I'm still poorly on day 5 which has stopped me for doing anything even eating and drinking also resulting in me having to ring in work sick. I have never ever felt so poorly. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
