Additional information: I was there yesterday and ate with friends at McDonals about 1 hour after the meal I was struggling with severe nausea and shortly after I broke very often in a row and I also had a moderate fever I couldn't drink any more water during the night because everything shot right out again, today I have to deal with body aches and headaches in general I also feel very weak | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Weakness, Chills, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
