I had maybe four of my chicken nuggets. I stopped eating them and threw all of my food away when I noticed there were black dots and an area of discoloration in one of my nuggets. About two hours later, I got horrible diarrhea. That was followed by chills and nausea. My head hurts as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
