On January 3rd, 2018 at 4:30 I and the rest of my house hold 4 other people at McDonald's and we all got hot n spices and haven't had anything before that. Around 4-5 hours after that everyone had very bad stomach aches and I was the second one to run to the bath room and my feces was burning and discolored then I had gone out and someone else ran right in after. Then everyone got it all out and about an hour after we all started vomiting. Again haven't had anything to eat or drink except water after McDonald's. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
