Ate my meal, was good. Had 10 chicken nuggets and a quarter pounder. Bout 5 hours later I found myself extremely light headed and queasy, started off slow then quickly escalated, vision went black and next thing I know I’m on the toilet spewing out of both ends sweating like no other. Was definitely from the chicken nuggets. Got it all out though. Yucky. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating, Other, Lightheaded
