Ate a couple McChicken's bc I'm broke and was hungry...about 45 mins later, I had horrific cramps, needed to crap and vomit at the same time so I ran to the bathroom. It's been nearly 2 hours and I'm still in here. This has never happened before (I go there a lot bc of the $ situation). I don't know what to think, just wanna help if something is going around in there. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
