I ordered chicken nuggets from mcdonalds on July 15 for lunch. The chicken nuggets tasted like cardboard and were very flat. I also ate a burger and it had no taste. On Jul 16, I had yellow diarrhea all day long. I was also in bed for 14 hours straight sleeping because that is the only time i couldnt feel the stomach cramps. I only got up to use the bathroom and take pepto. On July 17, the diarreah and the cramps got a little better. By night time, the cramps came back. It is now Jul 18, and I still feel like crap. My belly is still hurting so bad that it makes me nauseous. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps
