Order nuggets at mc donalds delivered with uber eats last night at 8:00pm.
Diarrhea 30 minutes after finishing my meal but it is in the night that all complicate 4:30 in the morning I wake up soaked vomiting and diarrhea all night and this until now it is 10h40 in the morning and I just had Diarrhea and vomiting 5 min ago it's been 6 hours since I vomit and have Diarrhea there is necessarily more than water that fate I am exhausted I have never experienced such strong food indigestion and I am not at the end of my trouble | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Indigestion
