I went to McDonald's Cornavin (next to Five Guys) and had a big tasty menu around midnight on 27/12 (on the night of 26-27). A few hours later I had diarrhea in the middle of the night and then vomiting a few hours later. More than 24 hours later I am still sick and I just vomited again in the middle of the night. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
