Fast Food Lunch Illness - McDonald's, Lowell Massachusetts

Went to lunch yesterday had a #1 meal with a 10pc nugget on the side. Immediately felt stomach pain after. I returned to work to have diarrhea twice in an hour and other weird stomach feelings throughout the day.

I ate a normal dinner and felt ok for an hour only to wake up around 6am to excruciating stomach pain. Good thing I took the day off! I will not be eating at any mcdonalds ever again. I live an extraordinarily healthy lifestyle and get 5-7 hours of exercise a week. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
