Had a chicken Big Mac at 1pm today. By 4pm I was on the toilet non stop. Have got home more toilet and now have thrown up my burger 🍔. Not happy 😡 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
