Yesterday (15/10/2023) I went to Mc Donalds da Maria Cândida in Vila Guilherme, my boyfriend and I ordered the 2 new snacks on the menu, of breaded cheese and chicken, and we went home. At dawn on the 16th I was very unwell, feeling my belly full and bloated when around 1:00 in the morning I went to the bathroom and threw up and had diarrhea. At 2:00 in the morning the same day my boyfriend had the same symptoms. I even woke up more than once to go to the bathroom and throw up.It was certainly food poisoning and health surveillance needs to take some action. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating
