Friday, February 9, 2024 McDonald's on at 100 percent I lost 1.5 kg during the night I couldn't stop vomitingI ate half the big mac and fries I had a stomachache I told myself it's normal maybe eating too fast and suddenly diarrhea sweating the drops outright then then vomiting all night long. I want to point out that I didn't eat anything else during the day, it's really starting at McDonalds. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain
