On 17/05/2024 I bought a Big Mac sandwich and a 280 sandwich, I had not eaten anything at noon and the night that followed was hell. I had all the symptoms :-( and the icing on the cake, I had a vagal discomfort!!!! No more McDonalds as far as I'm concerned, I don't recommend families taking their children there! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Other
