I went to eat at McDonald's on Wednesday night and I've been sick ever since,
It is only me, Wednesday evening I went to McDonald's and during the night I started to have a stomach ache and on Thursday diarrhea, excruciating stomach aches, aches and fatigue... I still got tested for covid Thursday, Friday and Saturday (negative) today is Sunday and as soon as I try to drink or eat I empty myself and the stomach aches are awful  | Symptoms: Fatigue, Diarrhea, Other, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
