Fast Food Illness Alert - McDonald's, Sevenoaks England

Ordered McDonald’s in Sevenoaks on Saturday afternoon and within a few hours of consuming the food I began to feel very unwell and began to be violently sick , all through the night I had temperature and a migraine and continued to be sick all throughout Sunday . I have started to feel slightly better today but now extremely dehydrated and faint due to not even being able to keep water down . I have never had food poisoning before and it’s definitely the MacDonald’s that have caused this as that’s all I had . I have reported this to the macdonalds and the response was sorry we can’t offer you a refund which is not what I asked for but to investigate as it could potentially make someone else very unwell | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Migraine
