We were at McDonald's on 30.06.23, just wanted an ice cream and ordered a soft ice cream with choco and a McFlurry Oreo with choco, an hour later my daughter didn't feel good with stomach pain and she had to vomit twice, after that everything was good again except a little stomach ache, so we will never eat anything there again. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
