1 year ago reported by user-htwb3764 business

McDonald's, snowhill retail park, Wakefield, UK

Wakefield, WF1 2UZ England, United Kingdom

I had a mc chicken burger meal 11 days ago And have been having d and v since. I have been to go last week and they sent me direct to a and e pinderfields saying I was dehydrated and had the start of a kidney problem if this had not been rectified. I was put on a drip to hydrate me and given intravenously anti sickness meds. After about 10 hours in a corridor I was sent home. The Thursday I still was as bad so phoned my go who said I needed to let it out and gave me tabs to keep me hydrated. Over the second weekend it had not stopped so phoned 111 who said I need to get hold of my own go today Monday and ask for them to send a stool sample off. I have phoned my go and they are sorting this for me. I also now need a sick note for work and will have a huge electric bill for all the bedding I’m having to wash. I phoned restaurant and spoke with a manager who said it is impossible to get food poisoning from them. I’m on my 10th day now and still no better. burger | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
