I got a dollar chicken sandwich from McDonald's on Friday around 5:15 p.m. . I didn't start experiencing symptoms until Saturday when I woke up and was so weak that I couldn't even get out of bed. I'm still incredibly nauseous and I also feel like I'm going to faint all the time. Sunday morning around 2 I did pass out and had really bad diarrhea and retched for about an hour throughout the day I've had diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Weakness
