Got a 20 piece chicken nugget from McDonalds for dinner yesterday. I’ve been getting sick and running to the bathroom since 1 in the morning. I’ve seen this business on here multiple times. They really need to be closed down. McDonalds on Jefferson Ave. near Fox Park. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
