spicy chicken sandwich  Had the sandwich around noon started feeling ill around 3am rapid fever onset up to 103.3. Woke up every 20 minutes Wednesday night because of diarrhea and hot flashes. Didn’t work Thursday. Became dehydrated and was having diarrhea every 25 minutes. Overnight I had a fever and hot flashes and woke every 45 minutes. Missed work Friday and had diarrhea every hour. I had a headache from Wednesday to early Friday due to dehydration. It happened on Tuesday | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Dehydration, Headache
