Went to McDonalds around 12 pm. Fiancé ordered a burger and I got the McNuggets. Started feeling nauseous around 7 pm, thought it was just because I was hungry. Ate a little bit of dinner, then stopped because my stomach hurt. At 9 pm I started vomiting after I left the restaurant. My fiancé isn't sick but he told me his burger tasted funny. It's now almost 11 pm and I can't seem to keep anything down. I'm still feeling nauseous, clammy, and have the chills. Just taking it easy, drinking water and trying to eat some Jello.
Won't be eating Mcdonalds again for a while. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
