I had a BigMac meal around 11pm on 03/13, woke up next day feeling nauseous. Had fever all day with stomach discomfort. Felt dizzy and wanted to vomit, but nothing came out. Could not eat anything all day. Felt chills overnight, and started having diarrhea throughout the night. Then came the headache and had a horrible day again next day. Going on day 3 with same symptoms, and so far lost 8 pounds and feeling dehydrated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Dizziness, Chills
