Crispy chicken sandwich, started feeling hot so I went to lay down with a fan on me which didnt helo eventually i felt a familiar rumble in my gut and i knew it was about to empty its contents. 10min go by im sitting on the toilet holding a bucket. Thanks mcdonalds, never eating at your establishment again. Period. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
