McRibs burger - Ate a McRibs burger and got sick around 10 minutes. I would go to the toilet every 5 minutes, and then I felt extremely nauseous. My vision started fading and went all green. I felt like I was going to faint and went to the toilet before I regained my vision. My sh*t smelt like McRibs. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
