On 6/11/25, I DoorDashed a meal to my workplace and ate around 2:30 PM. By 4:30 PM, I began feeling uneasy, and by 10:00 PM, I was experiencing severe gastrointestinal symptoms. I was in the bathroom throughout the night with continuous diarrhea and vomited three times, lasting until around 5:00 AM the following day. I called out sick from work and have been home resting, trying to regain my strength and staying hydrated.
