Went to McDonalds at 9:00 last night bc I was studying for finals late. Ran out of chicken nuggets so I had to get a Big Mac after waiting 25 minutes in the drive through-after already ordering chicken nuggets. Woke up this morning with diarrhea and then vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
