Ate McDonald's around 2:00 am Thursday June 29th went to sleep for a few hours then woke up around 6:00 am for work and my stomach was feeling weird. Then all day long I had sharp stomach pains. Around 3:30 when I got off work the pain was getting worse. I arrived home around 4:30 and the pain was even worse I started crying. Then I threw up and was having diarrhea at the same time.
