3/26/2024. We would randomly take our 5 year old to get a happy meal. We have noticed a pattern. The last 2 times she has gotten a chicken nugget with apples happy meal here she would end up vomiting, and fever and Diarrhea the next day. We will absolutely not be taking her there again. We thought it was a coincidence but her grandparents got her a happy meal last night and sure enough she got sick again 6 to 8 hours later. Are these apples contaminated or something??? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever

Hmm? Strange it happend to my 5 year old and my 2 year old ive actually got an allergy to apples so im not sure if its related to that but every time they both have diarhea and projectile vomiting everywhere
Hi! TN here and the past month my son has had two happy meals, both chicken nuggets with fries only. My other son only eats the hamburger. Both times my son who are the nuggets has woke up vomiting the next morning. My son who ate the burger hasn’t gotten sick either time. I’m thinking it’s the nuggets.
