I ate a Cesar salad from McDonalds on Monday 25.12.2023 around 8:30pm, at 21:00 it started that I got diarrhea and nausea. The vomiting then started around 9:45 PM and took me to the hospital at 4:25 because I had vomiting diarrhea on an extreme scale I could not drink water, tea or other liquids without spitting them out at the same moment. I also watched how an employee from Bad Urach packed the things and at the same time grabbed himself in his mouth without washing his hands. They pulled the César salad that I ate out of a cupboard either chilled still fresh or just recently prepared. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
