ER Visit After McGriddle - McDonald's, Lawrenceville Georgia

Today around 7:30 I ate a McGriddle and within 1 hour I was vomiting . I went to the Er because it was .unbearable I had chills , heavy diarrhea, and heavy vomiting . All of this literally happened about an hr after I consumed the sandwich . I was advised to go to medical care because I lost consciousness from dehydration from vomiting | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Dehydration, Chills
