In the evening I ate McDonald's and everything was still there git then I went to sleep and then woke up with severe nausea shortly after that I also vomited and had diarrhea a little later I fell asleep again but woke up again shortly afterwards and had to vomit immediately a few hours later I then vomit again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
