Got the 2 for 5 menu and got the big Macs. Ate them and next morning at work started cramping and then vomiting. Came home had diarrhea like a water cannon and now running a fever of 1011 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
