Mcdoubles, I had it just before 630 tonight. Went through the drive through. Had to wait in the lot for the food. Waited over 15 minutes for the food. Ate it. And now three hours later I cant get off the toilet, and I'm throwing up | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
