We are traveling in a group of 3 we all ate the exact same thing except my daughter and I ate the spicy chicken sandwich and both of us are experiencing the same symptoms. Diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. We know it was the sandwich because we started to get sick at the same time and our other relative did not. 2 people got sick. 1 person the symptoms started about 3 hour after eating the 2nd person symptoms started early in the morning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other
