On August 20, 2024, I visited the McDonald’s drive thru in Foster City, California, around 5:30 PM PT. After fasting all day, I ordered a Big Mac meal. Approximately one hour after consuming the meal, I began experiencing severe stomach cramps, followed by vomiting and diarrhea.
