I stopped by this location for a quick meal yesterday. I got a hot and spicy meal like I’ve done many times before. There was no issue with picking my food up and it tasted fine. Fast forward to yesterday evening and I was feeling pretty nauseous. It started out with not feeling good but quickly turned into my intestines feeling like they were being torn apart from the inside. I spent HOURS feeling like death and pooping non-stop. To add to the problem the McDonald’s app never even gave me a receipt. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
