Went to Mcdonalds inside Walmart with my 4 children on January 28. We got home, hours later we all threw up. My youngest had fever on the 29th, with diarrhea, vomiting, nausea. My second had vomiting and diarrhea. My third had vomiting. My 4th child has nausea and a bit of fever and stomachs pain. I have diarrhea and lots of nausea. It's been 2 days and I am feeling fatigue, nauseaus, and having abdominal pain. My children are still feeling sick as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
