Fast Food Stomach Trouble - McDonald's, Vendôme Centre-Val de Loire

I ordered a McDonald's menu yesterday at noon, it was good, nothing different from the previous times. However, during the meal I had a stomachache and the urge to go to the bathroom. Sensation of not being able to wait.. Anyway, last night it really started, impossible to stay quiet lying down sleeping, all I was doing was going to the bathroom, my stomach hurt, nausea and diarrhea therefore. This morning I was working, I went there as best I could, and my colleagues told me to leave after running to the bathroom and redecorating it.. I want to point out that this menu was my only meal of the day yesterday.. I have not eaten since, too afraid of exacerbating the symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
