McDonald's, The next day after 18 hours I felt nauseated and tried to sleep and rest but around 3 pm I started vomiting and I can't keep liquid down. I also have a little fever as wall. I was the only one who ate the big Mac and got sick | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Nausea
