I had a mcchicken sandwich meal around 9pm last night, around 3am in the morning I had major stomach cramps and felt really sick, it is now nearly 1pm the following day and I have been sick repeatedly and still have coolant stomach cramps., Stated above | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps
