I ate at McDonald's in the evening with my family on 23.12.2022. An hour later, I had very severe abdominal pain, which got worse and worse. Then I just vomited all night and was awake until early in the morning. There was also diarrhea, headache and a slight fever. My sister also reported that her daughter had the same symptoms after one day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
